1 Richard Owen of Rhiwsaison, co. Mont., esq., and Randoll Owen of Gellydowyll, gent. 2 Francis Herbert of Bromfeild, Shropshire, esq., and Richard Oakeley of Oakeley, esq. Post-nuptial Settlement of the said Richard Owen and Martha his late wife and daughter of the said Richard Oakeley, being a Feoffment To Uses of a capital m. called Rhusaison, p. Llanbrynmayre, fulling and grinding mills, tithes of corn and hay of t. Rhusaison in the said p., fulling and grinding mills and m's in p's Llanbrynmaire and Kemes in the tenures of Griffith ap Robert, David ap David, Thomas Moris, Katheren Morgan, widow, Evan David, John Thomas, William Whittington and Moris Beb, all the lands purchased from John Michell, and m's in p. Llanbrynmayre in the tenures of John Wood, Richard Tibbot, Evan Richard, William Hancocke, John Richard, Rowland Morgan, Awdrey Brees, widow, Thomas Brees, Griffith Morgan, Thomas ap Hugh, Sina Bate, widow, Evan David ap Howell, Richard John, John Crowther, Richard Crowther, John Morgan, Evan Morgan, Morris Jones, Willyam John, Richard Beb, Cadwallader Owen, Thomas Lewys, Willyam Wood, Johan Wood, widow, Margaret verch Rees, widow and Thomas ap Richard, to the use of the said Richard Owen for life and after his death, if he should marry during his lifetime, to secure an annuity of £80 to his wife, and to provide an annuity of £30 to Richard Owen the younger, the second son of the said Richard Owen by Martha his late wife, to the use of Margaret Owen, daughter of the said Richard Owen by Martha his late wife until such time as she shall be paid £500 as her marriage portion and to the use of Athelstan Owen, eldest son of the said Richard by Martha his late wife and to his heirs (further uses specified).
